Accessibe on the opposite side of the lake from Coniston Town. Although there is life in there, I've never seen it. Not bad warm up for deeper diving. The water is reasonably clear but becomes very dark deeper than 20m. You will need a good torch. A good dive if you ike mud. [ Martyn Leman ]
